letting property on crete (Home owners)If you intend to use your property as a holiday let (under 3 months) and receive an income from this you will need an EOT licence from the Greek National Tourist Organisation. Penalties for operation as a holiday let without a licence are severe. Dreamcatchers would be happy to supply any information concerning the EOT licence if you require it. If you want to use your property for long term lets (over 3 months) Dreamcatchers will be happy to act as your agent and supply all necessary details of our terms and conditions, find tenants and act as liaison between Owner and Tenant.
