letting Guide

Short term (holiday) lets are considered to be any arrangement whereby a property is let for less than 3 months. After 3 months a Greek National Tourist Organisation EOT licence is required.

Long term lets are defined as being over 3 months.

If you intend to use your property as a holiday let (under 3 months) and receive an income from this you will need an EOT licence from the Greek National Tourist Organisation. Penalties for operation as a holiday let without a licence are severe.

Dreamcatchers would be happy to supply any information concerning the EOT licence if you require it.

If you want to use your property for long term lets (over 3 months) Dreamcatchers will be happy to act as your agent and supply all necessary details of our terms and conditions, find tenants and act as liaison between Owner and Tenant.

Make sure that your property, to be rented furnished or unfurnished, has adequate heating provision and insurance cover. Please do not hesitate to contact us for information.
