House 1
Entering from the double wooden doors one steps into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a fitted kitchen which has a breakfast bar and extractor hood. A wide stone arch leads through to the lounge which has a stone feature fireplace and French doors to a stone walled and tiled terrace with stone pillars supporting a wooden pergola.
Tiled throughout in neutral tiles, the ceilings are wooden beamed and there is a wooden beam over the door. Inner doors are wooden as are all outer doors, windows and shutters.
On the ground floor too is a WC and a space under the pine staircase which has a black metal handrail and leads up to the upper storey. Here floors are wooden and there are two double bedrooms both with French doors to a tiled balcony with a pergola and a fitted wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a pitched wooden ceiling which continues over the stairwell and on this floor too is a full bathroom with storage above.
House 2
With the same double wooden front door and revealed stone and plaster walls, this house has an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with a stone fireplace and fitted kitchen. With wooden beamed ceiling and tiled throughout in neutral tiles, the ground floor also comprises a WC tiled in tan and cream and one bedroom with French doors to a tiled and walled terrace with a wooden pergola.
Inner doors are wooden and the pine staircase with a black metal handrail curves up to the upper floor where floors are wooden. Here there is a ’gallery’ room and from a small hallway French doors lead out to a tiled balcony with stone walls, pillars and a pergola. From this little hallway one enters a bedroom with a window and a full bathroom tiled in caramel and cream with storage above. The ceiling is pitched and wooden and there are wooden beams over the doors.
Both houses are a dusky pink on the exterior with revealed stone around the windows, doorways and on the corners of the building and have basements for storage.
The area surrounding the houses will be part landscaped and it would be possible to put a shared swimming pool between the two houses.
Vamos, the municipal centre, is a large working village with many facilities, a health centre, schools, shops, cafes and tavernas surrounded by lovely countryside with the stunning backdrop of the White Mountains.
It is a short drive to the golden beaches of Kalyves and Almyrida both of which have many amenities, cafes, tavernas and shops. From Vamos it is an easy drive to both Vrysses and Georgioupolis with its long sandy beach.

These brand new stone houses incorporate several features which give them a distinctly traditional flavour.
