Each house has 2 spacious bedrooms with balconies, fully fitted kitchens, a large full bathroom and optional additional cloakroom/WC. Ceilings on the ground floor are wood beamed and on the upper floor pitched and wood beamed in an excellent quality wood. Upper floors are wood while the ground floors are tiled. Terraces, balconies and a roof terrace in one of the houses, give plenty of outside space.  There will be a paved veranda around the houses and garden areas for planting.

The houses are not completed yet and payment would be in agreed stages.  If purchased at this stage, the new owners would have a great deal of input as to the choice of tiles, kitchens etc. Set in an elevated position in woodland near the traditional village of Melidoni, the houses blend with the old stone buildings of the village and the rocky wooded landscape. 

Melidoni with cafes and tavernas, is a lovely mountain village with fabulous views only 15 minutes from Vamos the municipal centre which has many facilities.  A further ten minutes bring you to the small coastal town of Kalyves with its long golden beach and all amenities, cafes, restaurants, shops and places of entertainment.

Melidoni is one of a row of lovely villages nestled in the foothills of the spectacular White Mountains.  Fres, Tzitsifes, Vafes and the larger village of Vrysses which has many facilities, is only 11km away.  Almyrida, a lively resort with a safe sandy beach is only 20 minutes away too and has lots of cafes, tavernas and shops. Georgioupolis with its long golden beach, cafes, tavernas, shops and all amenities is not far either, while the highway is 6km away. The airport and Chania town are also within easy reach.
