There is a great pool and terrace area and there are large balconies to enjoy external living and dining for eight or nine months of the year. The villa sits on an easily maintained plot with a nice paved area at the rear of the house. A covered terrace—with sitting area—leads via the front door into a light and airy, open plan living and dining area—with a wood burning stove and wooden beams.
An arch leads to two good sized twin air conditioned bedrooms and a shower room. There is another ‘sitting room‘ on this level—currently used as TV room, but which could be used either as an office or even another bedroom.
A door from this room leads outside. Slightly separate from the living room is a traditional style kitchen with all appliances and views to the white mountains. External stairs lead to the recently built master bedroom—which with a large shower room, is effectively a self contained ‘apartment’ with a large terrace and really stunning views.
The house can either be a permanent home or a great holiday villa.
There is a 30M2 pool nicely located at the rear of the house—with large sun terraces and covered pergola and plenty of room for sun beds etc. There is also a bespoke fixed stone dining table and seating which make a great external area to dine, relax and enjoy the views.
