Even though it’s no longer the old village coffee shop its still only a short stroll to the four remaining Kafenions, the supermarkets, and restaurants that make Kefalas a great place to live or to holiday. This house still has many original stone arches, wooden beams and features and has a lot of history.

You enter this house via an arch with glazed double arched doors to the ground floor which is a large open living/dining area with a good sized fully fitted kitchen. There are stone floors, wooden beams and amazing Cretan stone arch and an old feature fireplace.

Also on this floor is a very large double or twin bedroom and a good sized bathroom with full bath. There is also plenty of extra storage space. Leading from the ground floor are stone steps to the first floor.

The first floor—with wooden beams and wooden floors– is the beautiful master ‘bedroom’. A huge light filled room with wooden floors and ceiling. This room also has its own shower and bathroom. A single step leads to the private external sun terrace, the perfect place to enjoy the sun and silence!

The house has a great walled central courtyard paved with stone. There are plants and a large lemon tree. This area is shared with a neighbouring house with recent new owners which was renovated in a similar style at the same time
